Carol is the recipient of the 2023 Volunteer Award in Protection.
Every weekend from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Carol made sure the visitors were safe in the busy parking lot. She helped the park more efficiently re-open after capacity closures by communicating the number of spaces available. Her smiling face was the first one visitors saw when entering the park.
